Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her wonderful fianc JP at Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. People know me best through my Instagram account @annephung. In this blog, I will share my tale of highs, lows and everything in-between. I arrived in America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At 1 1/2 years old. older. I wouldn't be living my life and sharing it to you, if not because my parents are devoted to determination and dedication. With the opportunity to have an improved life I wanted to try the best I could to please them and was focused on my success. In my mind, I knew what the plan was to live my life. Go to college and graduate. Be married. Buy a house. Create children. This was my vision of what it would take to be successful. However, life was not so keen on my ideas. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job. The money and the status did not bring me joy- I felt that I was throwing my life away to earn a living even though I knew I was destined for something more. When I began to navigate my way towards a new direction in my career, I found I was destined to be an instructor. I loved exercising, I enjoyed being social, and I love helping others. The year 2014 was the year that I established my company and I will celebrate 7 years since my birthday in 2021. Very few Asian women work in the world of fashion. As coach, my mission is to motivate others to lead a healthy and happy life by creating healthy and sustainable living styles that meet the individual's goals and needs. Also, I'm dedicated to empowering others so they can reach their goals, pursue their passions and live your life to the fullest. In the beginning of my job, the passing of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. She won her eight-year fight with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. It's incredible how life can give us the exact lessons we need even when we do not realize that it is there. The death of my mother affected me greatly and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance at life. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. It was her time to embark on a new journey which gave me the chance to lead living a happy and fulfilling life. The thing I'm feeling now in my 30s is a sense of vitality and awareness. It's like that I'm living my life, and not just existing. When I share my experience I hope that my thoughts will resonate with yours. It is my wish that my words will help you realize that you're never alone. That you have the capacity to succeed in anything that your heart desires. There is only one chance to live. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
